There are a number of people seeing charges on their credit cards or an 855 number claiming to be "Tech Boost Solutions - www.techboostsolution.com" providing Malware and Virus cleanup and charging people. Here is a list of the immediate items you need to complete :
1. Turn Off your Computer Immediately to stop their connection to your computer
2. Contact your bank and stop all transactions - either credit card or checks related to money provided for services.
3. File a complaint with the FDC listed above
4. Contact a local IT representative like Best Buy to review and verify no trace of applications were left behind including remote access
